Hi! I'm Hali - I work at the intersection of product, business, and social impact.
I'm a fourth-year student in my last semester at Carnegie Mellon University studying economics and business analytics & optimization.
Interested in the intersection of technology and social impact, I was a Product Manager Intern at Hinge this past summer in New York City as part of the Core Experience Team where I led a team of five interns to drive user interaction across the platform. Discovering new avenues to apply my passions and skills, I'm also a Team Lead with Out in Tech's Digital Corps where I support marginalized communities worldwide by working with fellow activists and techies to build websites for LGBTQ+ organizations.
As a student leader at Carnegie Mellon, I am heavily involved in increasing accessibility for students to partake in social impact initiatives as Managing Director of Development Solutions Organization - a social impact consultancy, expanding career resources for those interested in product management and tech as VP Community of Product@CMU, and building a community of driven LGBTQ+ young professionals as the Founder and President of Out@CMU.
Born and raised in California, I love the outdoors and road trips, spending my mornings at Philz Coffee, and experiencing new cultures and perspectives. Two of my life goals are to visit all of the US national parks and to open up my own coffee shop one day.
